how should I plan my schedule?
May 28TH | 5PM to 10PM EST (Welcome reception, Private DINNERs)
The Welcome Reception goes from 5pm to 6:15pm and Private Dinners are taking place from 6:30pm to 10:00pm
May 29th | 8:30AM to 11:59PM EST (content, group discussions, 1:1 meetings, private dinners, Night cap)
What meals are provided?
you will be fed all day. We will have breakfast, lunch, followed by social activities in the afternoon. we’ll cap it off with private dinners in the evening on both May 28 and May 29.
Will there be space if I need to take calls during the day?
There are open seating areas throughout the main hall of the venue.
When should I fly in and plan to leave?
We recommend flying in on May 28 and landing before 2PM EST.
This will give you enough time to get settled into your hotel and make it to the welcome reception cocktail.
We recommend flying out anytime on May 30. Please get some sleep and don’t book that super early flight, you’ll thank your past self later!
Where should I stay?
These hotels are most convenient for the event. they are a 5 minute or less walk to the venue on May 29.
